Thank you for your interest in making a contribution.  Without money, we cannot do most of the things we need to do to be effective in our campaign.  We have 3 specific goals for this campaign:

• Establish a network of active Libertarian support in Central California - without an active support network, there won't ever be a winning Libertarian campaign in this area.  We need to identify and gain the support of individuals and groups who are friendly to Libertarian ideas.  Further, we need those people and groups to actively support Libertarian candidates in this and future campaigns as the only viable choice for forcing the Congress to comply with the U.S. Constitution and getting the government out of our lives and pocketbooks.

• Use our presence to keep the Democrats and Republicans honest - okay, so maybe we can't really keep them honest.  But we can get them to move towards libertarianism by drawing attention to popular libertarian ideas.  Even if we don't win, the attention we draw to those issues can have long lasting positive effects down the road.  Neither Steve Forbes nor John McCain became President.  But the flat tax and campaign finance reform are issues today because they promoted them.

• Lead the nation in Libertarian votes given our circumstances - our race for the election in November will be contested by a Democrat and a Republican.  Historically, Libertarian candidates typically poll around 1-3% in similar races.  Every year, however, the numbers are getting stronger and stronger.  Libertarians in 2000 did better than ever, including several candidates who got 5% or more of the vote under similar circumstances.  We want to lead the nation by getting more than 5% of the vote in our race.  Ideally, we will set a new standard for Libertarians by getting more than 10% of the vote and having a very real impact on the outcome of this election and elections to come.

None of these things can happen without money.  Our opponents will have millions of dollars at their disposal.  We can achieve our goals with far less money than that.  We do, however, still need to raise a considerable amount of money.  Please prayerfully consider making a meaningful contribution to our campaign today.  You can make your contribution online using a credit card by clicking the button below:
